For example, if the dinner is at 6pm, we'll make announcements around 5:45, 5:50 and 5:55, so at 5:59, whoever is saying the blesssing, will have a microphone in their hand and be ready to go.      We work with the photographer to let them know when your first dance as husband and wife will be. That way, they won't be caught off guard at the right moment.
